1. How many kinds of options do you have ?

We have different capacities: 15/20L/26L/40L/44L/59L,
multiple colors: Army Green/ Dark Grey/ Desert Sand.

2. I want to know more about the pull rod design and wheels.

The pull rod and wheels can be detachable, so there will comes multiple choices for you and meet your requirement.

3.Do you have a minimum order quantity?

If it is customized colors, OEM production, etc., the minimum order quantity is 100 units. If it is used for testing quality, one sample is acceptable. Please contact us for more details.

4. Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance, Origin, and other export documents where required.

5.What is the average lead time?

For example, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.
